Before you can post a wanted item, you must first pre-pay. Wanted items cost 50p (0r $0.75) per advertisement. You must pay in increments of £5 (or $7.50), which gets you 10 advertisements. So you pay before you may create your first wanted advertisement, and then you are not charged for the next 9. You will be charged again before you create the 11th advertisement.
